The Incubator operates as a hybrid facility with students from George Brown’s digital design programs attending classes on the fifth floor of the building as well as some on the sixth floor, which the incubator also shares. This synergy allows for an additional benefit of a student pool of design, development and project management resources available to incubator clients. Students will also receive insight into the real world of digital media and video game development.

The incubator space offers nine individual private office spaces to small and emerging companies and nineteen hot desks available for freelancers and sole proprietors. Tenants enjoy the benefits of updated technology, shared meeting and kitchen space, business and professional services such as human resources support, management coaching and administrative assistance.
